Can't connect my RLC-410 through POE

I'am trying to set up a Feederwatch cam, and have bought RLC-410 which I connect to a 'Power through ethernet'-power-adapter (TP-link TL-PA7010P Kit). The internet-part is working, but i can't connect to the cam with Reolink App or PC. The Cam gets power, but no connection. I've tried everything.. Any suggestions.
