How ColorX Technology Turn Night into Day
Reolink App v4.41 Released
I'm happy with the improvements they have made in the last two years to be honest. Now it work ok for me.
Yes!!!! Definitely a must for the mobile app.
I just wasted three hours of my life with this useless piece of work trying to re adjust the detection area and it crashes every single time not only resetting the area but also turns into Chinese and locks so not only it does not work anymore but I can't close it properly either, I have to go to task manager to be able to close the app and open it again to fail again and again!!!!!!Can you please write a software that works?
Hi I noticed that all of my 410ws are connecting to 2.4ghz so I tried changing the 5.8 network name to be able to differentiate between the two bands and scanned with one of the cameras, found it, tried to connect but gave a fail message now I can't see the cam anymore in any network even changing the network name back, and can't change the camera setup since the software does not find it in the network. I guess it's time to climb to the roof once again to bring the camera down to do the reset After that is there any way to choose the 5.8 network? are both networks supposed to have same names or different? Thanks,Fernando
Not sure if you've done something but it looks like it's fixed!!!!!
Info sent.I want to say that even if software/hardware (of any type and brand) sometimes get in our nerves testing the limits of patience, I'm pleasantly surprised about the level and quality of presence and customer service I've seen so far from Reolink for this and other cases I read about in these forums.Thank you in general I'm very happy with your level of communication.
Thanks for your reply, I managed to make a 100ft cable and take it to the camera instead of bringing the cam down so it's up and running again but it still not changing to the B&W over night (unless done manually on the client software) if I put it to auto stays in color (and therefore poor resolution) I tried covering the light sensor today but it didn't do it either. As far as WiFi signal this camera is closer to the router than the other one. It worked ok for a couple of days and then it just started doing thisUnt*tled.jpgUnt*tled1.jpg
I got two of these and two more on the way but I'm starting to have second thoughts about these cameras. I love them when they work but this is going to be the third time I'll need to climb up to them and bring it down to troubleshoot. It's starting to get annoying, especially since I live in the tropics where I don't trust to leave any connections to the weather and hard wired them (big mistake).Last night one of them got stuck in color (yes is set to auto in night/day) so I manually changed to black and white for the night and color again this morning but now I tried to reset it from the b**ton and it's gone never found again in the network. So I guess it means another trip to the roof and wire cutting and unscrewing it to be able to connect to the router to see if that does it to then climb again to re solder re screw it...Hmmmm!!!Anybody have any ideas if I can avoid this? Thanks,
Great! Thank you that did it.In my defense I did look in the FAQ before asking but the explanation is very scarce and no indication about which email address and pa*sword to use in the senders, anyway... it's working now. Thanks again
Hi, I recently installed a couple of 410WS cameras and I'm very happy with them but for the life of me I can't figure out how to setup the email notifications I put email@example.com in the sender address field but no idea what pa*sword do I use there (I tried with the cameras pa*sword and my email pa*sword) and I always get a fail when I do an email test. Can I get some help please? Thanks,
