Hello,I have a few wired PTZ TrackMix POE cameras + POE Doorbell. On the UI of the Reolink mobile app, there are always two images displayed near each other (main view and immersive view). I personally do not use the immersive mode at all and I think its actually kind of distracting from the main view, especially when opening the app on the Home Screen and seeing a summary of all camera views. Is there a way to disable the immersive mode completely, so I can only see the the main camera view on the mobile app? Thanks in advance.
Ohhh, I see what you're saying, but this is so inconvenient and distracting. I would rather see the main image a little larger and not see the second (zoomed in) image at all.Is there a way to make a feature request to Reolink to only see the main image if one box is selected? Also, I can only write one post a day on this forum, which is fairly ineffective. Do you guys know how can I earn those 2 reputations, so I can post more frequently (as I have other questions)?
@joseph_1979 That also applies to me, but there is no reason to see the telephoto glued to the main image on the Summary screen, especially when you specifically choose the 1 image option.IMO, the main image should stretched all the way to the edge of the screen for a slightly larger view.
Hello,I have a few wired PTZ TrackMix POE cameras + POE Doorbell. On the UI of the Reolink mobile app, there are always two images displayed near each other (widescreen and telephoto view I assume). I personally do not use the second image (zoomed in) at all and I think its actually kind of distracting, especially when a single image option is selected on the UI. I think a larger main image should be displayed instead of two glued images when that single image option is selected. Thanks in advance.
