Please allow us to delete or at least disable the admin account.

I install these cameras in a lot of residential homes and people love the UID function to connect to their cameras.
This also means the cameras are internet facing and are liable to brute-force admin account attacks which are well documented across the internet.

All the cameras are set for DHCP.

Does your camera have an IP address?
Can you check your routers DHCP or ARP table?

Have you set a static IP?

If it does have an IP, can you ping it?

Hi everyone,

The C1 Pro hasn;t had any firmware updates for quite sometime now.

I've just updates my RLC-410 cameras to the new HTML5 firmware.

Will the C1 Pro get HTML5 or do i need to to think about replacing them?
