Hello, my Reolink GO camera cannot establish a network connection. A new IOT SIM card from O2 (Telefonica Germany) is used. This SIM card works perfectly in a smartphone. The 4g reception is good in the test area.I had read that a new firmware can fix the problem?best wishesFelix
Hy support Team,since 40 days (bought in October 2020) i always get one or two PIR false alarm, in the same time i look at the live-video in reolink-app!Also since 40 days the uploaded cloud-videos are too short, only 5sec . The same videos saved on sd-card in camera are 10-30 sec long, thats ok. Why there are so short in reolink-cloud? It looks like the cloud-videos are damaged with no thumbnails.The LTE signal is very good and the reolink go + reolink app have the newest updates. The camera is placed in free nature with solar panel and there are no people or animals.Motion detection is set to 70% with reduce false alarms turned on. I am an IT-Professional..Thank you for answering.Felix
