I have the same problem. I am US customer, and have read and re-read the instructions on how to bind a camera to the cloud. Totally stumped. I have two ARGUS 2 cameras currently bound to cloud account, and now I am trying to add a third (ARGUS Pro). I have five "slots" available in my cloud account. I have tried to bind the new camera from my Reolink Android app, from my Reolink account via PC computer, and via the PC Reolink Client application on my computer. I can find no "cloud" option in the app, and therefore cannot follow the web instructions. I have done this twice before for my previous cameras, but that was months ago and I don't remember how I did it. The picture on the web page (https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008584054-Bind-Reolink-Cameras-to-the-Existing-Cloud-Account) does NOT match the actual Android app screens, which contain no "cloud" or "bind" or "unbind" options or menu picks. Thanks in advance for any help.
