The 8.7.1 client is much tidier than the Windows client v7.2.2.33 which I used until recently.Unfortunately, the picture quality appears to be a lot worse due to the forced stream downgrade. But maybe you can manage the balancing act between the GPU and CPU capacity in the next version. That would be very desirable and has already been mentioned here many times.I have a suggestion regarding the PTZ and Zoom settings pop-up window. The pop-up window always appears in the middle and this blocks the view, because the center of the image is normally aligned with the actual viewing target.1st possibility:The pop-up window remembers its last position and opens again at this point the next time it is used. If it's supposed to go somewhere else, just move it.2nd possibility:You also make the pop-up window 'magnetic'. The window would then 'jump' to that rim near the program edge and dock to it. This also applies to the top or the buttom rim.The 'magnetization' of windows is a possibility that is used far too seldom. It frees the user from the annoying 'fine adjustment' if necessary.Especially if you want to set up the program interface or the desktop.
English:Forcing the stream mode to a medium resolution is a big problem. I value a high image quality. If I switch from a single window camera view to a nine window camera view, I have to switch the individual cameras nine times to a better resolution. And that's only because individual software users have a weaker network. Can't you leave it up to the individual users via an option whether they want to use this automatic function (the poorer resolution). Or whether you can set basically a better resolution (forced)? You can flank this slide switch with an info window that indicates the possible influence (e.g. "switch off if the network is weak"). Restricting the quality options for users of your cameras cannot be in the interest of your customers.
