I tried version 8.10.4, and while it does seem use system resources better, there is STILL an issue when using the multiple view screen and multiple NVRs. Consistently, when restarting the app, there are several cameras from one of the NVRs that are dropped and you must bring each of them back to the multi-view screen at every restart of the app.THIS HAS BEEN BROKEN SINCE version 8.8.5. Reverting to version 8.8.5 solves the issue. Has anyone else experienced dropping cameras from the multi-screen view when restarting the app? Does anybody at Reolink test these software releases before pushing them out?
Currently running version 8.10.2. In the 14-camera multi-screen view, this version consistently drops the same 6 camera choices every time you stop the app and restart it. This problem is NEW to this version. Seems one thing gets fixed and another is broken. Please look at a fix for this! It's always a chance to update the client to the latest version because you never know how it will perform.
Version 8.8.4 - This one is a giant step backward for the multi-camera view. You are forced to look at everything in crappy fluent resolution - option was removed in this update to see anything in higher resolution. Why not allow CLEAR resolution as a choice? Understand that uses more bandwidth, but at least allow the user to make the choice. I want the old version back - seems with this update, you added some new features but removed something else that was previously a great feature or option. Also notice what others have said about playback always forcing LOW resolution and making you choose the higher resolution EVERY SINGLE TIME.May as well get cheaper lo-res cameras if you have to look at them like this in the multi-camera view. Why buy high resolution 4K cameras only to be forced by the software to see blurry low-resolution images? Please listen to your customers.
