Hi,After many months research and comparing for quality security surveillance motion detectable cameras, I checked Reolink web site many time, it warrants Reolink cameras works for motion detect. But after purchasing 4 RLN8-410 cameras and NVR 2 months ago, I found that motion trigger and motion record are not reliable, it can trigger and record motions sometime, but it also missed many motions, particularly, it missed many people motions, on the other hands, many motion records have no motions at all. After talking to the Reolink support for more than a month, the Reolink support checked all settings and confirmed the motion problem is not caused by improper settings, but the support cannot resolve the motion problems, it asked me to replace the RLN8-410 cameras to RLC-510A or RLC-511, but it claimed that Reolink is not responsible for the product defect and replacement, and it cannot guarantee if replacement of RLC-510A or RLC-511 works for motion or not. Is Reolink registered in Australia? Does Reolink comply Australian consumer law? Who should be responsible for Reolink camera failing motion mode, the Reolink or the consumer?Thank you.Kind regards.
