HiMy 2 Argus Eco sugest me to upgrade to firmware 1202_491_352_19?What’s new with this Firmware ?Thanks in advance
HiArgus 2 is supposed to be weatherproof - IP65.There has been a storm yesterday and today I noticed my camera was off. When checking the camera, I realised the battery was full of water! The rest of the camera seems ok but the battery is a disaster.I opened it and realised the joint is too small to block any water. How can you sell a weatherproof camera with a battery that is not weatherproof?I hope support will at least replace the battery but I'm fearing it will be flooded at next storm so I would prefer another camera model which is fully weatherproof.Has anyone had any bad experience with water on Argus 2 or other supposedly weatherproof cameras?
HiI have the same issue.Did support solve your issue ?
HiI'm trying to set my new argus eco cameras on the IOS App.There are 2 settings for PIR sensitivity level:- reduce fake alarms (I don't know exactly how it is labelled in English since my app is in French) : on or off- sensitivity level : between 1 and 100I'm especially wondering about the first option. What is the impact on the algorythm when it's on?To reduce fake alarms, mainly due to things moving with the wind, should I rather set the 'reduce fake alarms' option or reduce sensitivity level? Thanks in advance for your help
+1Definitely agree with this request to be able to turn on and off PIR with geofencing or when the phone is connected to home LAN.Maybe it would be easier to handle thanks to IFTTT
