Ditto to all others who have suggested that so much time has elapsed and STILL NO KEYBOARD SUPPORT. Do you need programming assistance? I'm sure the community as a whole could have already added that support in less that a day if your system was open source (since obviously your company and developers apparently don't have the requisite skill to implement such a "difficult" change to the firmware. This is a very basic human interface device that has been around since the beginning of modern time; just add the support and keep your customers happy, otherwise we will move on to another solution that has the features we have requested en masse. As others have stated, 3-USB ports, one of which appears to be USB 3 for an NVR that the only known input output device that works is a mouse. Your documentation provided to your customers is sparse and not really "real world". Who in today's world buys a standalone switch for cameras when a single 48-port Cisco C3850 POE switch can power them all, and keep them isolated in their own VLAN without a gateway to ensure that isolation. I was told before I purchased that the device would support link aggregation for the 4-ports used for video cameras. However, no documentation has been provided to me (I put a ticket in to request said documentation and was referred to your "Introduction to Reolink RLN36" FAQ Page) on how to set this up.Was that just a pre-sale outright misleading statement given to me on purpose to convince me to buy? And yes I am ranting as these issues have been requested by others and you choose to ignore your customers requests. At least respond and tell them that your company is too lazy to implement.
