Hello everyone,Has anyone tried or managed to download video files from the NVR (RLN8-410) via the official API?I always get this error message:[{“cmd” : “NvrDownload”,“code” : 1,“error” : {‘detail’ : “No video is available for this time period”,“rspCode” : -222}No matter what time period or channel I enter. Is it possible that the API does not work with the model I am using?Best regards
Hello,I have configured my new Lumus correctly in the app and connected it to my wifi. I can also see the camera in the IOS app.If I now want to connect the camera in my MacOs app in the NVR, the app tells me that the wifi is not configured correctly.Can anyone help me?
