I dont know if this is implemented or on the list to do. The timeline in the Reolink app always goes to the 1st event in the day. Can there be an option for this to start at the latest event so its quicker to view instead of having to scroll along the time line. Would be a great help for speediness. Thanks
@reolink-lorenz thank yoi, that would be much appreciated. Its not a massive issue sliding the red bar, however i have multiple motion detections through out the day. So by the time ots 10pm there are a lot of things on the timeline, an option to switch it round would be useful. Otherwise im extremely happy, motion is pretty spot on. Im dialing it all in each day.
@joseph_1979 Hi Joseph. Its my partners mobile, so swapping the sim cards is not really something I want to mess about with. She has 5G as I have checked. I have so far, uninstalled the Reolink app and reinstalled. Ive changed App Permissions to Allow Camera, location, microphone, notifications, photos & phone. I have allowed background data usageI have allowed data usuage while data saver is on (she doesnt use data saver but ive switched this on just in case)Ive selected 'Unrestricted' on Battery so it runs without battery restrictions. Ive made sure that 'data & wifi' are both allowed under 'Allowed network for apps setting. She is at work today, so fingers crossed it works, if not ill report back. She uses'Modes & Routines' I have checked it, and all it doe is during work hours put her phone into silent mode. It doesnt cange battery or network settings. So im a bit at a loss to why its not working on her phone.
@johnc-elec_391500083704034 John just wondering if you resolved this. I am having the exact same issue?
I currently have a Reolink Wifi Doorbell - I have issues currently with a 2nd mobile accessing the live stream & recoreded footage when on mobile date. If connected to wifi its fine. My mobile connects to live stream fine on mobile network. So a bit of a weird one. I am wondering if I purchased a NVR to record the live footage and take out the SD card would this solve my issue? Does the android mobile app access the NVR recorded footage or does the app only pull the footage from the SD card. Thanks in advance
I am still having issues with my partners Samsung S23. If she is on another Wifi or mobile network she can not view live feed or stored videos. I have really been trying to get her on board with Reolink as it works on my mobile but she wants Ring back as it worked on her phone. I am struggling to find the issue or fault. Which is really hindering me expanding the security cameras. If i cant resolve it on her phone then its goodbye. Not a fault of Reolink but she has had enough. Reolink is far superior quality, but if she cant view the feeds then there is no point. I have tried a new admin user, I have deleted the cameras and reinstalled them. It works fine on my mobile and i have a Samsung S20. We are both on the same network, and we both have 4 an 5G.
@user_592437084483609_592437084483609 Thank youAs they are POE what is the power cable for? Do i need both?
Just a quick question, are the bulbs replaceable in the floodlight? And if so what bulb types are they. As id be keen to use 3000k bulbs for a warm light.thank you
Hi there. I am looking to expand my reolink system and want the CX410 cameras. When will they be released in the United Kingdom please? Thank you
@joseph_1979 Thanks Joseph. That is a great help. I will try tonight with the same Admin user account - (If this can work)I will try then with mobile network and again with hotspot to see if this will work. What sort of upload speeds should be required, I can change the view settings to the lower quality. As long as the footage is recorded in high qualityviewing on a mobile feed in lower quality is ok for the purpose if it will make things quicker
@joseph_1979 Thanks for your help - Using Speedtest at home we are recieving 19.79Mbps so pretty close. We have FTTP via an ONT so pretty good. I can upgrade to 30Mbps or 72Mbps. As for Admin accounts,Under Usermanagement I have the Admin Account (Main)I setup a 2nd Admin account which I have given to my partner. Could this be the conflict? We can both view live feeds whilst at home. Should I delete the 2nd Admin and just give the 'User Account' Or Should I give my partner the same Admin Account username/password as me for the camera. (We both have our own Reolink Nickname & logins if this helps) Note: This is for the Reolink Wifi Doorbell - However I am looking to grow the system with a ReoLink NVR - CX410 (when they are released) and a coupe of Wifi Cameras where i cant run POE,
