@reolink-fiona I have the same problem as pmtrebs. I can connect via android and with windows via app, but not via browser.
If i search in in the updates for firmware i can see the firmware version you mentioned, but that is for the IPC_515SD5 and not the IPC_513SD5.

Did i get an old model?
