Looks like the API is rejecting the command due to parameter or permission issues. Double-check your device’s API docs and firmware compatibility. Also, try using action=2 for deleting masks, and ensure the mask areas have valid, non-zero dimensions within screen size. Sometimes disabling a mask just requires "enable": 0 without specifying areas. Hope this helps!

@crimp-on_62210811129 It’s true that buying just one stand-alone Reolink camera is pretty uncommon. In most setups I’ve worked on or seen, you’d typically have at least 3 to 4 cameras to properly cover key areas like entrances, living spaces, and blind spots. That gives much better overall coverage and security.
