Is it possible to view and control other Camera Brands via the Windows Reolink Client?

Patrick it will work with Swann DVR4-4600 with 4 Pro A855 cameras. The Swan software is identical and appears to be a rebranded reolink app. Swann rebrands a lot of their equipment.
