@jerry_538221416280211 Discovered you do not need to drag the camera out of the Liveview window as suggested by Support. Simply drag the device name back to the Liveview dropping it on top of it's self. Still doesn't keep after closing, but less key stroke to get it working until closing the app again.
@user_635937945481313_635937945481313 Yes, but if you close the Windows Client (8.10.4) and then reopen it, the change(s) do not stay and you have to do it again to get the missing icons back. So basically, it is only a temporary fix.
Yes, there is an issue going from 8.8.5 to 8.10.3 with missing Talk - Clip - PTZ in the Windows Client. And, it could be related to different camera models. I'm using a RLC-523wa and E1 Outdoor camera(s).But, it could also be a security issue between an Admin and User configuration and the way the security level is currently using the camera. No idea why the client app works one time and the next it does not. Sometimes a computer reboot seems to resolve the issue the first time using the app, but afterwards it fails again. It's definitely a hit and miss software issue.
