@joseph_1979 Thank you for providing that link. After I uninstalled Reolink Desktop Client 8.10.4 and "downgraded" back to version 8.8.5, everything reverted to working properly.NOTE: Reolink developers need to realign their main focus on repairing/updating Windows Desktop Client 8.10.4, including thorough testing before being released to the public. The current version is CRIPPLING satisfactory use of their products by customers...and severely undermining the company's reputation!
Can anyone identify the last "properly working" version of the Reolink Desktop Client for Windows...and provide a "CLEAN" downloadable link?
@user_704102555316464_704102555316464 I too am suddenly experiencing a similar issue on my work desktop app (Win 10 Pro, Reolink Desktop Client 8.10.4. I uninstalled/downloaded/reinstalled the client software. One Wi-Fi camera displays immediately, so I know my home router & network are functioning. However my 4-camera NVR along with a separate IP camera are not displaying, and I cannot add them via the desktop app, regardless of whether hardware acceleration is enabled or disabled.Ironically, my iPhone app shows all cameras. ???
