I have a rcl 410 camera and I have installed the latest software and firmware.The problem is the camera will record a motion event on my computer but when i try to open the file for local playback the file disappears and there is a message that says no match found,
Everything worked fine with software version v7.1.2.31

I am having the same problem,I need to go back to the beta version v7.1.2.31 this version worked fine

am having same problem sometimes it will work and but most of the time it doesnt .I checked and rechecked settings still have problems

did that , sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't ,Have windows 10

on RLC-410 how do I get a motion triggered event to record on my computer?
