I don't know if this is the right place to post this, so please bear with me
I've found the desktop client has a few odd bugs/misfeatures, mainly in playback. My wishes, please:
- consistency of how to swap between resolutions (live-view vs playback), and how they are named. Do I right-click, or click the little selector button to the lower left? (the latter is better, imho). Is it "high/low" or "clear/fluent"? The menu uses one name, the display another. And how does it fit when there are three or four options for resolution? Clear and fluent can mean the same to some people. Perhaps a more standard naming convention (super-high, high, medium, low?), at least per-camera, so that it's obvious at a glance what we've selected (or the playback client has defaulted/fallen back to).
- digital zoom is nice for playback - but every time you pause, it (a) resets back to the full view, and (b) you can't zoom while paused? That means if I spot something I want to watch closely I need to jump back, hit play, and then zoom in quickly, and if I miss it, repeat. Why not let me pause, zoom, then play at that zoom level and location?
Thanks!
