RLN8-410-E Firmware

What's the latest firmware for NVR RLN8-410-E and where do i get the download from? I have problems my NVR keep saying format the hard drive every often so not recording consistently. Also keeps losing connection. Any ideas? I currently have v2.0.0.274_20120701. Thanks
