Temporary image blur

all menu items are blurred, when I move the mouse pointer over them, the display changes again, after a few seconds.

The same is with Signal Messenger, everything else runs as usual. The error was not before 8.8.5.

With 8.12.1 there is still no video display. Camera connection is there.

I use Windows 11
