Hoping others have not had the same experience. This camera RLC 542WA is all but useless, I didn't even have it installed before 1 of the Antenna wires had broken off. Still worked, and continued to use till the night vision became so unclear that you couldn't make out an visual. As per Tech supports suggestion I took off the cover to try and clean the cap. Seems odd for an outdoor vandal proof camera.... during that process the 2nd antenna wire broke off. Poor poor design to have the heavy cap supported by the shortest wires.. antenna wires while trying to mount to the underneath of a building roof. So now... I have garbage as they will not replace... oh.. camera is less than a year old... fantastic product and support. Avoid at all costs. Please keep in mind I have many other Reo link cameras and am completely satisfied. This one however... is a complete piece of crap.
