If I forward a video clip to someone they would have to do the same just to view a clip... its pretty rubbish to be honest.

I've just added a newly bought RLC-1224A camera to my house and added it to the app running on my android phone. I already have a RLC-842A which operates absolutely fine.

But when I download and save the videos from the 1224A they are bank I just have audio whereas my existing 842A is fine I can download and view those videos like I have always done.

What's different with the 1224A? why is it making me feel disappointed.
