RLC-1224A blank saved videos

Hello, I've just added a newly bought RLC-1224A camera to my house and added it to the app running on my android phone. I already have a RLC-842A which operates absolutely fine. But when I download and save the videos from the 1224A they are bank I just have audio whereas my existing 842A is fine
