Reconnect cameras

A week ago I bought 2 E1 Cameras. I have installed them ok. Yesterday, my internet provider changed my wifi login, and now I cannot use the cameras. I have tried to add the new user and password, but keep telling me Unsuccessful, try again. Need help because I am a caregiver.
