I purchased the RLK4 210WB4 and I installed it without a problem. My wife and I downloaddd the app and were able to view all 4 cameras with no problem. Last night we started to get the connection failed when we tried to check our cameras on the app. I have reset the nvr, I have reset the modem, I have reset the app and reinstalled it. All the cameras have power. I can watch the cameras on my tv (HDMI) but cannot remote in on the app anymore. I tried contacted technical support with no luck. Can anyone here help me.
