I have been having an issue with both my Reolink RLC-410 camera, both seem to be stuttery at times.

Both camera are the same in terms of stuttering.

Settings:

Stream Type: Clear

Resolution: 2560 x 1440

Frame Rate: 30

Maximum Bitrate: 8192

H.264 profile : High

Antiflicker: Off

Exposure : Auto

White Balance: Auto

Backlight: Off

3D-NR : Enable.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
