The email alert feature is very useful. It is great that the date and time of the event are included in the email subject. It would be helpful, however, if you also include a standard (optional) email Date header in the email source.
As a Date header is missing (e.g., when I look at email alerts in their source format), some email clients such as Thunderbird complete the missing date/time as the time of pulling the message from the mail server (see attachment), which is very confusing.

Sensitivy Settings Values
When setting sensitivy values (Detection Alarm -> Motion Detection, Smart Detection) it is very useful to see the exact values (for tuning). This is currently shown on the Windows client but not on the web interface (RLC-810A, firmware v3.0.0.494_21073003).

Setting FTP port >= 60000 using the web interface
Apparently there is a bug in setting FTP port >= 60000 when using the web interface.
An error message "Invalid characters" is shown and the SAVE button is disabled.
I got this error on RLC-810A (firmware v3.0.0.494_21073003), but only with the web interface.
My workaround was to set FTP using the Windows client.
