The PIR is triggering. I know it is triggering because I keep seeing the "person detected" symbol on the screen if I monitor the Reolink app on the phone and on the PC while someone walks past. However 9 times out of 10 , when a person walks past and the "person detected" icon appears no recording is made. This is the issue.I logged a ticket, Reolink said that my "feedback has been taken seriously and shared with our product team to support ongoing improvements", but couldn't offer a fix.I've sent the camera back for a refund.
I have just installed new Argus 3E with solar panel. I have installed SanDisk 128GB Extreme microSDXC card in it. When someone walks in front of the camera, the reolink app registers that the camera has sensed a person, but no recording is made. If someone walks very close to the camera - say within 4 feet you do get a recording. I have examined all of the settings and made everything as sensitive as possible and all schedules to record all the time. I just did a test, wandering up and down in front of the camera for over a minute, watching the live feed via the reolink app on my phone. The "person detected" icon appeared the screen the whole time I was moving. I then left the area , waited 5 minutes and checked what had been recorded. Nothing had been recorded.I also got no push notification (they are enabled).
