The latest firmware for RLN16-410 breaks external connection

I just put the November firmware on, and unchecked “ reset the default settings” like I usually do, and after the update, I can no longer access the NVR from my iPhone app. That was the only change.

before I roll back to different versions of firmware, is it a known issue?
