Hi ElenaYes cameras are all in same placeBetween 16PM and 10AM mostly CET no issues to connectI already tryied to switch to mobile data and another WIFI but that does not help

Hi Reolink supportthe ReolinkGo camera is so far great. The only issue, and a big one is that mostly I am not able to connect to it due to server issues. I am based in Slovakia and have access to 3 reolink go cameras, all have the same issues. Mostly from 10:00 AM until 16:00 PM it is not possible to connect to the cameras. This is obviously issue on Reolink server side.Now I dont understand how you can sell 4g WireFree cameras and dont have back up plan for your servers. By this way the product is not usable really. I would like to know when do you plant to solve this, please share a date, when the servers will be upgraded.Thank you
Thank you Cynthiadoes this means that if the battery will go under 85% to for example 75% it will show in the app as 75%?Cheers
