Hi, I am new to the forum and also for the world of surveillance cameras. Got a few of the RLC420 installed at my house but I am facing some issues with image quality at night time. Attached below in an output of one of my cameras and one of my issues is with the IR illuminators where one camera is picking up the IR from the other camera and it is affecting the image pretty bad. Can this be corrected in the camera setting (software side) or I have to physically move/adjust the camera? The other issue is the white bright cloud like image I am getting in the camera is that the reflection from the IR's?Thank you.Screen-Shot-2018-04-13-at-10.32.30-PM.png
