Thank you Rob, I neglected to indicate that this is for my NVR.
Unfortunately, my client software (on Mac and a borrowed PC) does not have the capability to "Upgrade" (see the attached photo).

Has anyone had success using the web interface from a Mac? It is possible to do this from a PC, but, I do not own a PC
The PC test required "DvrWebClient.exe" ... is there a Mac equivalent?

I am running a very old version of the firmware, but, when trying to upgrade my system does not allow upgrading (is not presented in the client).
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Is it possible to reflash via USB without the client?
