I have; No real support response received but to change the IP address of router. This doesn't make any sense in a DHCP environment. My only real resolve on this one is to simply have Reolink respond and acknowledge that this NVR can not operate correctly in a 172.16 environment. This was the Reolink ticket: 477569
For what its worth, it seems the above NVR cannot operate on 172.16 IP Ranges even though it pulls the DHCP IP. I tested 192.168 range and it works fine. Weird.
I changed my IP Range on my Eero router setup from 10.0.x.x to 172.16.x.x and the Eero system assigns a new IP address for the Reolink NVR, however, I can't seem to connect to it either via ping, IP address, or any of the Mac client MAC OS or iOS. It's almost like after the power off it doesn't release the 10.0.x.x address. I tried searching for the UIN but it will not connect. I'm setup for DHCP so that is not an issue. I did send a request to support about this but i thought I would post in this forum as well. Any ideas? Do I maybe need to keep it powered off for a longer period? Looking for a friend.
