@joseph_1979 I have the same hardware and it is not battery powered. I have been trying for over a week now to get hold of the firmware to update the IPC_325C7 camera. Could you please tell me how to get hold of this firmware? So far three (maybe four) operators have replied to the ticket (894228), the last reply included a download for the wrong firmware, which is not compatable with the device that @user_874142518182053 and I have.
