Hi All,I have a trackmix WiFi camera. My network is a mesh and I was having some issues. Long story short, one of my cameras is now connecting to a WiFi SSD that no longer exists and I don't recall the name (ie so I can't just start broadcasting the SSID to reconnect the camera). There's no ethenet near the camera, so I can't just connected it to the LAN, so I'll be bringing out a laptop to reconnect to it.I'm guessing I need to statically assign myself an address on the laptop, ie 192.168.1.1, and then open up that IP in a browser?Am I on the right pathe? Thanks!
@phirephoto_633457091563556 I can't attach a screenshot of my alert settings: Forum says it goes against community standards..
@phirephoto_633457091563556 As a test, try to change the transport mode from auto to port. Do you have any motion (or Other) enabled? As for the fw, you need to go to their Download Center. The auto/manual update on the camera doesn't work.Tried changing to port, same issue. This just started, so I'm hoping it's not a camera going bad.But what I mean is I have the latest firmware, so near as I can tell I can't force a firmware reload - if I go to the camera settings, and upload firmware, it says something like you're already on this firmware and fails to install. Here's the screen shots.. And just tried changing it to pasv. Also what's odd is I'm getting "camera has detected video loss frequently. Nothing has changed with the cameras since they were working a week ago, but now I'm seeing higher ping times (well, I don't know what ping times were before so can't say for sure when it started. Unfortunately wired isn't an option BUt I'm not seeing any packet loss, just a tad high ping times but not abnormal (to me?) There's 2 cameras maybe 30 feet apart . one is fine, the other isn't. Identical settings.Fine camera:

Hi all,I have 3 cameras on a NVR. All cameras have identical settings - to upload any motion detected to my FTP server (everything is on the same LAN).However only one of the cameras is always uploading 1163 byte - exactly - files. And a number of the files are WAY too short. I have all the settings set at the longest - so it should record as long as possible after motion stops, but as you can see the videos are only a few seconds long (the 1 / 2 MB files) and the 1163 byte files are garbage.Any suggestions? Rebooted both NAS and camera, latest firmware, etc. Can't reload firmware as it tells me it already has the latest firmware. It's a trackmix WiFi & 8 channel NAS.Thanks.
Re: RLN8-410 E-Sata Max Hard Drive Size? Use with External Raid Enclosure?I know the specs say 2 6TB drives (1 internal, 1 external). Has anyone actually tested a larger drive? I can get a 6 TB for about $100 or a 14 TB for about $120, so would love to be able to use the bigger drive...RLN8-410/N7MB01Thanks.
@joseph_1979 I have that set to 5 minutes.. I lowered it to 1 minute to see if that changes anything.
@joseph_1979 So it doesn't appear to be doing either of those. With people moving, what I'm getting is often a 15-16 second recording, which then stops, and the camera resets to the home point.
Hi,I have 3 reolink TrackMix WiFi cameras, and a NVR. I have time to stop tracking 60:I set FTP to FTP the recordings to my network share.Object Stops: seconds and Object disappears: 60 seconds. So why am I getting 16 second recordings? Shouldn't each recording be a MINIMUM of 60 seconds?Sometimes people stop moving for just a second or two. That's why I set the timer to 60 seconds (I tried all other choices but it's the same).Am I missing some other setting? Thanks.
Hi,I have a Reolink NVR and 3 Trackmix cameras. I have the FTP enabled - basically to have a redundant backup of the video should something happen.I'm frequently getting NVR recordings - I have 3 cameras: Shed, Garage, and Side. I get recordings like shed_2023..... , garage_2023....., etc. But frequently, I'm seeing NVR_ recordings that are a duplicate of mainly garage recordings. What's triggering this? I don't see anything obvious. Thanks
