I decided to switch back to Ring for the front door, works perfect.Held onto the Reolink and fitted it at an outhouse as camera security.The thing has now failed completely, comes online now and again but with lots of lines on the picture!
Now had a proper reply from Technical Support.They are aware of the issue but currently do not have any solution to offer.Should have stuck with Ring, might be £5 month but at least it works!
@pmcg I suggest you to take it up with support on support @ reolink. Com. I have no issue on Samsung S22 and S10.
Thanks.I did and they suggested that I upgrade App version and camera firmware!Of course these were first things I did.Have tested on a Note 10+ and it also works on this.
Just now tried one of the kids really old Android phones and this works OK.So it is the Reolink App and the integration with the later generation phones.Can we have a fix?
Same problem here with a Galaxy S23 Ultra.Spent half of today trying to get the Reolink App Tap To Talk to come out of the Reolink doorbell but nothing.I've just installed the Reolink to replace a Ring but if I can't speak to a visitor at the front door it is not of any use.I may have to return the Reolink.Is there a fix available?
