I put Argus Eco camera about 10 feet high attached to my garage pillar, the problem is PIR detect every movement that just below the camera which is not inside the video frame, this is so annoying me. If I put to lower sensitivity the camera catch nothing.

My Argus Eco used 6GB only out of 32GB micro SdCard, all recorded file after five days are deleted. May I know why this happened. Thank you

At first, please restore the camera to factory settings for a check. And then, please confirm if the firmware of this camera is the latest version. If not, please upgrade the firmware to the latest one and check if the abnormal image still exists. If the problem goes on, please send an email to support@reolink.com.
