with firmware v3.0.0.136_20121101 under "settings -> network -> NTP settings", I can only select in a predefined list of NTP servers. With previous firmware versions, it was possible to manually enter an IP address for an NTP server. Why has this option been removed? is there another way to set the NTP server address directly (not one from the list)?
I am disappointed by not even getting a short reply from the Reolink staff. There was a new firmware release in the meantime but other resolutions were not included. This is something so simple for Reolink to implement and I would really appreciate if you could make sure this ends up in the next firmware release.
a few more comments:I see on login page the option to select a "balanced" stream but I do not see a way to configure this one (only clear and fluent can be configured).Based on reading the HTML source code, the internal term for this one is "external". I have not found a way to access it via RTSP but only via RTMP. Its resolution is 896x672 with 25 fps. Here is the URL:rtmp://192.168.1.2/bcs/channel0_ext.bcs?channel=0&stream=0&user=admin&password=mypasswordQuestions:1) how can this stream be configured in terms of resolution / frames per second.2) why is its configuration not exposed in the web interface?I would like to have the option to re-configure it, e.g. to 1920x1080 with 25 fps (lower resolution values would also be nice to have and I do not see why this should be a big effort for Reolink to implement)
Hello,I own a Reolink 420 - 5MP.I would like to play the RTSP stream with devices that support no higher resolutions than FullHD (1920x1080).Unfortunately, the "fluent" stream is only 640x480 and the "clear" stream cannot be smaller than 2048x1536.Would you please release a new firmware for this camera that supports other resolutions too?Thank you!
