Reolink Client low quality stream

I'm using v8.10.4 and the stream is low resolution even though I have the camera set to the highest resolution. The app seems to be working fine. I don't see anywhere in the client on Windows 10 to change the quality of the stream for the client. I have the RLC-811A camera.
