Yes I already have an open ticket with support I stated in my previous post. They haven't offered any kind of FW update only suggestions on settings changes I have already tried. Ill give it a few more days then the camera is going back and ill put my 810 back up.

Any chance you could share the FW update that they gave you? I am basically having the same issue as you, Not detecting human movement and constantly counting my parked cars as moving, and they still don't have any update for our Hardware No. yet. I have a open Ticket with support but they haven't offered me any kind of update. The pervious RLC-810A That i had never had any issues at all. I was hoping this was going to be an upgrade.
