RE: problem with PC client version 7.1.2.40

Same problem with v7.1.2.40 and v7.1.2.43 on Windows 8.1 1920x1080 system. Fullscreen with the client is unusable due to it being mostly cutoff. I'll continue to use v7.1.2.36 and hope the next version will address this issue.

edit: Problem is on a 64-bit desktop system.
