Cameras go into standby mode with a box on the screen saying standby mode. This doesn't happen when viewing on my phone app. I have 1gig broadband. I couldn't find any option on my nvr rln12w that will keep the camera from going to sleep in standby mode. Atlas PT Ultra supports continuous recording. How can I view this camera on my monitor without the video stopping in standby? I have another brand nvr and I can watch any camera constantly running.

@reolink-lorenz the others alarm detection option is the best feature of all the detection types. I wish all the camera models would have the “other”. I do exactly as the support tech has mentioned. I paint with the “all” option if my camera has foliage that moves easily with the wind. There is no reason to just paint a tree or bush. If you are getting false alarms do to movement just use paint all. Most cameras of any brand do not allow you to adjust anything but people, vehicle or animals is why you need to remove areas that are in a detection zone. That removes sections from alarms you do want. With the “other” option you remove everything but the three main alarms you want without painting some parts of their detection.
