@crimp-on_62210811129 My hardware version isDB_566128M5MP_P The Reolink Video doorbell POE is not the same as the D340P. Firmware you mentioned can be dowloaded but can not install on D340P.  These are 2 different models.

Why are there no online firmware updates available for the Reolink so called " offline" versions D340P and D340W? I am getting tired to contact everytime support to ask if there is a firmware update availble. Reolink self mentioned it is very important to stay up to date for security reasons. It is an offical Reolink camera so i think updates should be available online an not through support!

@joseph_1979 I did that earlier and they send me a firmware update. However i still do not understand why the firmware is not available on the download page? The model 340P can be sold by thirdparty but is still a Reolink camera and is advertised on the Reolink website.

When will there be a firmare update available on the Reolink website for the Reolink videodoorbell D340P? This is not the "video doorbell POE" that firmware is not working. Support told me thet the D340 is another model.
