@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 I did that right after I got access to both of them. They are both up to date as I had them set to auto update.
@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 Did a hard reset with the button at the camera end, this fixed it. Not sure what triggered them to lose that as they have been running for almost a year without any issue, and it was only the 4K cameras.
I have 6 cameras running. (4) RLC-420 (5MP) and (2) RLC-820A.In the Reolink App in Windows or on the Phone, I get all the Setup Cogs for the RLC-420's, but they don't show up for the RLC-820A's.There is no way to get into them to reset them, or to configure IP or what have you. I have unplugged both of them from the router in hopes they would reset themselves, but that did not work.They are working fine, I just can't get in to configure them. They both have the Reolink Watermark on them, and I am trying to get in to remove that setting.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
