Looks like this kinda resolved itself. I ran the 64GB SD Card through a program called 'F3' to verify its a real SD card that I received from Amazon. It passed the test on a full Read/Write of the card. Once it was done, I formatted the card one more time and placed it in the camera. This time, the camera say the card without issue and has been recording to it. Not sure why it was being a pain before, but it seems to be working!Screen-Shot-2020-01-07-at-7.30.35-PM.pngScreen-Shot-2020-01-07-at-7.30.51-PM.png
Im assuming your laptop is a Mac. If so, then the ios app formatted it for Mac. Mine, a 410, works fine and I never did a thing with formatting it, assuming the camera would. I took it out of an old mp3 player so it was probably fat32 going in.Do you see an option in the camera for formatting the card?
Yes. I have used the option to format the card while it it in the camera and nothing really happens. I have even tried using my desktop that has Windows 10 to format the card to FAT32, but it still doesn’t work.
Hello all,I recently purchased a couple of these cameras and I was testing one with a 64Gb micro SD card I had purchased. I formatted the card to FAT32 and inserted it into the camera. The camera, detects the card wants to format it via the iOS app. I click okay and nothing happens. I tried using the Mac Client and the ‘unit’ button and nothing happens. The camera see the card but it is ‘0GB’. However, I am able to transfer to and from the card with my laptop. I have attached a screenshot of the SD card tab.Any help is appreciated.Screen-Shot-2020-01-06-at-8.09.04-AM.png
