My issues have been with WiFi connections. The cameras seem to have weak or otherwise poor wifi even though mine have 2.4 and 5ghz wifi. My cameras cut on and off all the time when I watch them. I gave up casting to a tv because it was so frustrating. I have added wifi extenders too. I planned to add a few more but I think I may need to look for something else and replace these unless and update can help it. I am sick of constantly turning things off and on and wasting time and money to make these work like they should out of the box.
I cannot link to my Google account. Why do I need to sign in to Reolink to connect? I don't have or want a cloud account. Why do I need to log into Reolink to connect to Google? If my cameras are on my network as well as my Google devices, why does anything need to connect to you? Do you see or have access to our IP addresses and networks? Why won't my cameras link to Google? I have 4 410w cameras and was advertised they work with Google Assistant. And why do you have Firmware on your site that is older than what is being shipped out currently on the device?
