Hello dear!I have an RLC-811A. FTP option is enabled. Videos are uploaded in 3840x2160, 25fps, max. 6144 kbps.I noticed, that Windows shows a video length of 1 second in the properties window of a video. Playing the video with VLC player, the playback has a correct length of 40 seconds.I uploaded the file to OneDrive (which should later be done automatically) and noticed, that only one second of the video is shown. That's weird and makes me guess, that the encoding seems to be disrupted somehow.I changed quality settings of preset "clear" to 2304x1296, 25fps, max. 1024 kbps and uploaded the newly recorded file to OneDrive. That worked, and the video length (23s) was shown properly. Can it be that the high-res video is somehow corrupted? Both Windows properties and OneDrive show a length of only 1s, where VLC just tries to play the file, automatically fixing any encoding error.Kindly reproduce my situation by uploading both videos to OneDrive and try to play back both. Of course, I'm interested in working with the best resolution the camera provides. Please find single video files as well as an archive with both files packed here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AjtRMQT0nqbRhaMWY8YuhZIqNAPGZg?e=w8kA6jRegards! Thomas
Resolution 2560 also is not playing properly. So this seems only to work with the lowest resolution.
