Rebooting

E1 Outdoor hard wired and WiFi setup. rebooting every 3 minutes only when spot-light/infared lights active. deactivated all light sources. problem goes away. Suspect power adapter problems. rated output at 5.0 vdc-.30 amps equipment 20 days old. Any similar problem out there?
